Every time i used this app and i win a race you return my money or you take it so the fact that i win and you don’t give me the race money is a total Fraud.

This possibly the worst app I’ve ever used , one it doesn’t know what state I’m in and I cannot seem to remove it.

Took my money instantly but stated that I never made a bet. Called my bank and they stated that the PABets app did accept the money. I’ve contacted the support line but they are all “currently working from home” No phone numbers work and they won’t reply to my messages. Do not use this app!!!

All sorts of errors trying to deposit. Not going to trust an app where they have this many issues.
Results show but bets do not show correctly

Not sure what has changed in the last month or so, but after race results show, but the bets do not show correctly. It displays other races. They also at times stop showing your bets. I am thinking they do this to make more money, you can’t be sure you bet it or not and do it again. This happens often and right now during the derby it’s BAD!
Don’t bother!!! Seriously!! Stay away from it!!

The app will start crashing before a race you’re looking to bet and will unsuccessfully place a bet or do anything for that matter. Trying to cancel or place bets is a waste of time and caused me to lose one of the biggest races of the year. Do not download this app!!

Called for customer support to make sure I received their promotion and I received zero responses... I also emailed them twice each stating they would get back to me .... and they never did.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID. Just trying to fix a $10 refund for their "SPECIAL" was a never ending nightmare. I was on with a guy Dylan who kept giving me bogus explanations (never ending loopholes and "gotcha" tricks) of why my bet refund or credit was ineligible. After he told me I never even made the bet I had to email him the screenshot. At this point I've been PAINFULLY going through their prequalification customer service process in and he tells me he's going to take a break and put me on hold for another 15 minutes. I'm not making this stuff up, I have the screenshots to prove it. In my humble opinion you should RUN FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. VALUE YOUR PIECE OF MIND. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AN INCH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOWNRIGHT INSULTING.

Far better than the alternatives. Although crashes need to improve, bets are completed quickly and withdrawals are timely (I’m looking at you, xpressbet). The best combination of information, picks and wagerpad available.
