Worse and worse

Every update they claim to have fixed bugs and overall improvements (they can’t even take the time to capitalize the letters in their update descriptions, yikes) except it keeps getting plagued with more issues. After having watched an episode from a show on my “Haven’t watched” list it doesn’t update and just stays stagnant in that list even though i have NOW watched it. I understand you make money from selling all of our data and watching metrics (which is why you strategically chose which network we use and moved that choice to the top after an epsidoe) but at least TRY and make the user experience more friendly and i don’t know actually work dang.

I think it’s good, but could be better. The whole setup of the app can improve. I had a couple minor problems and it could use some more titles. Otherwise it’s good though

Great app, just wish you could favorite an episode, so you could keep a running list of all your favorites in a series.

Honestly this newest update didn’t fix any of the problems the app doesn’t show the lists or favorite shows and movies, it’s so frustrating! two updates in a row with no bug fixes.

I enjoy using the app but there are a couple of issues I have. Since the app seems to be UK based, it’s not perfect for US users. It would be nice to have an option to select the correct network, or be able to edit the listing for your network. Sometimes networks aren’t even listed on the show. The biggest issue is that not all the shows I have selected show up on my iPad calendar and I can’t find any way to make every selected show on my list sync with my calendar. Please fix this!

PLEASE PLEASE GIVE US SMALLER SIZED TILES........??!!! THEY ARE HIDEOUS AND INCREDIBLY SPACE WASTING AND FRUSTRATING TO USE MOST OF ALL!!!! NO ONE USES THEIR IPADS VERTICALLY FOR THE MOST PART SINCE CASES LEAN THEM HORIZONTALLY, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR LOOKING FOR/ABOUT TO WATCH SOMETHING WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SWITCH FROM VERTICAL TO USE UR APP WITH A BARELY MORE REASONABLE TILE SIZE THEN BACK TO NETFLIX FOR INSTANCE AND TILT MY IPAD BACK OVER...On my iPad it seems to be the only good option and since that’s where I watch my shows that is just sad.....THANKS FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NOT GIVING US EVEN THE OPTION TO MAKE THESE TILES MUCHHHHH SMALLER...I will be doing my best to find a different service even if I just have to use the browser or my phone just because of this insanity. It USED to be smaller tiles and now this...

I truly believe this is one of the great organizational apps offered on the Apple Store. The UI and deep catalog of shows and movies make keeping up with and learning about new shows simplistic and not as nerve racking. My only issue is a personal one as some of my show lists for the app I can no longer see on my profile or change the order of them. If you could fix this it would be greatly appreciated! Other than that it is a great app and am so glad that it exists!
