No longer works, no internet connection error

No longer works. Just a blank screen that says: No internet connection. Retry. Internet is fine. Tried on two phones. There is no support or contact info. Sad. Used to be decent before the big push with ads, etc.

App worked fine until today. All of a sudden it says no internet connection. Can’t do anything with it. Deleted and reinstalled it still no go. Went to your online sites and can’t even enter anything into the comment box you provide. Did I go out of business nor what.

Had to download again and renew a second subscription. Love the app but missing a critical feature.

I’ve been using this app for awhile and it works very well. Would get five stars if there was a way to search for channels.

I’ve been using this app since it started. It has a lot of great features and I know they want me to pay for ad free. but that’s not doable. Please take away that long add that is loud and obnoxious when I first open the app And it won’t let me click off the ad. I’m guessing it’s for some game that you all are hawking but the ad makes me hate the game and immediately use another tv listing app to answer my question. Please get less greedy

Since last update App does not work anymore, it crashes whenever it tries to open. No connection is the problem. Use to be one of the best Apps for OTA users who cut the cable cord.

The popups pay the bills I get it. But to HIDE the X to close them for an extended time…shameful.

No I paid for thatSubscription yes but a lot of times it comes up with the gibberish after channel number line and there doesn’t seem to be any way to correct it
