Abusive Takeover Of GUI

While using TV Listings, it took over my iPhone’s GUI with a pop up that wanted to force me to let the app track me via GPS either while I was using it or always. There was no other choice. It would not let me escape the app. I could not use the Home button, either single or double click. I could not even take a screenshot of the pop up. It was a total takeover. How was this done? How does iOS allow this? I locked the phone. I opened it again and the Home button now worked. I killed the TV Listings app and removed it from my phone. Apple! Please remove this app from the store!

I have now been using this App for many months. I am impressed with its search feature which can find times for special shows you are looking for and automatically shows you programs currently playing on the stations you have pre-selected. I definitely give it Five Stars.

Very accurate. I love how it says “New!” next to the listing when it’s a new episode or premiere of something. You can even click on a listing for specific details. Very happy with this app.
