Ruined our entire hotel stay because we could never access our streaming service after multiple attempts, downloading the app, calling the one 800 number, never could get the dang thing to work what an absolute joke!

For the past few days I tried casting a video to my Tv using the app and it won’t connect. It’ll load a few times but then it’ll say it’s a video error and it’ll either have me press close or report video. I even tried closing the app a few times and I try the app again of different days but to no avail. Please fix this issue because I would like to continue casting things to my Tv.

DO NOT GET THIS APP IF YOU LIKE TO BE HAPPY. Horrible redirects and pop ups. Won’t work right. It used to BUT not anymore. Horrible app!
