Good bit of software

I spent the $7 to get the premium version. Well worth the money, their ad-blocker is better than the one I have on my computer. If you’re on IOS and you’re looking to cast something outside of Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. this is the thing. Wish I’d thought of it first. :P

I don’t need it to cast YouTube. I need it for videos I watch through the chrome browser.

It’s hard to maneuver and when you get the hang of it it randomly crashes and you have to start everything all over. It’s at a good part ? Crash. So frustrating

If you don’t upgrade to the pro version it will cover the top 1/4 of the screen with a banner ruining the viewing experience. Don’t bother using this unless you’re planning to upgrade immediately.

Works now. Good app but when streaming live videos, it is a bit behind than the stream. Sometimes like a good 30 seconds to 1 minute behind.

Have used the app off and on for several years without problems. Now the app will cover a third if the screen with a banner asking to upgrade to a paid subscription. The banner rotates from top to bottom over and over making almost impossible to see CC and any action on screen. If you don't use all the time it takes awhile each time to get the right sequence to cast. One star for an app that is now pretty much useless unless you cough up for " premium " version. Just deleted. Just got one of the "canned" notes from developers. Still requesting the purchase of some part of their product. The same response, word for word as sent to other former users. Now just using Chrome and the using the 3 dots to request the desktop version on my iPad. Most everything can then be Chrome Cast from within the Chrome app. Actually easier to use than the now deleted casting app !
