The latest update, 4.0.1, causes the app to no longer work, can’t get a connection. Wish I hadn’t done a yearly subscription, lesson learned.
By far the worst VPN safe ur money this product is a failure never stays connected

This is garbage I would like my $60 back. There are better free VPNs than this thrash of a product. DO NOT DOWNLOAD SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Utterly unreliable - constant disconnects. Utterly slow - often unusably slow. Limited endpoints. BUGS Avoid this garbage!

I’ve tried a few other VPN apps and this one by far is the easiest to use and navigate.
Worked great until most recent App Update

I have used this app for over year without issue. Something is wrong with the new app update for IOS. Since updating tunnelbear yesterday, I have been completely unable to connect to VPN. I have tried all the suggested trouble shooting procedures with any luck. Please Fix this and I will adjust my review. It worked great before.
