Mine doesn't work any more. I don't know I it is the app or the device but my phone says the device is "out of range" even though it is literally touching the tunelink device. Will never purchase a new potato device again. If they cared, they would have updated their app by now. -5 stars!

I've thoroughly enjoyed the TuneLink on my iPhone 4S and now iPhone 5. I use the Bluetooth pairing to the aux in on my car and have never have an issue connecting. I bought this product the day it was released. Would be 5 stars if the app was updated more frequently and optimized for iPhone 5.

Falling out of love...

No longer connects or stays connected to my iPhone 5... Where's our update?! It's been months, it's time to catch up. Disappointed. Waste of time trying to keep it linked and wouldn't spend anymore of my money on this.

Worked fine for a while now it won't connect via Bluetooth. Can't recommend to anyone. Skip this and look for a better product. This isn't it.

Update is needed. After it works for the first 2-3 times it disconnects before I can leave the driveway. I really wish I could return this device but it was already opened and they did not let me return it. If this updates it will be great. Right now find something else to transmit to the radio.

This app works only while its brand new for a couple weeks then it stops working. This is the most expensive car charger I have. $100 not worth it. Gas stations have chargers for only $7-$8.00 that have the same function as this. Don't spent your money on it this is a rip off.

I'm another review that states loss of connection. Worked 1 time and now it connects over BT than disconnects after 3-5 seconds. I've spent hours resetting network settings, reset all settings, restored my phone… No change. I hope tunelink figures this out or mine will be returned very soon. Ps sent email, still awaiting reply. Poor product support. ************* Update, sent tunelink back to manufacture and it was promptly replaced. Have been using for almost a week and it has been flawless. No drops in BT connection. Not sure if I received an updated tunelink or if I just had a defective one to start off. For sure recommend but test it early and if it is not staying connected I then I recommend contacting tunelink for repair or replacement. The customer support was great once the ball got rolling. Thanks tunelink.

I absolutely love this thing.. I first got it when I had the 4s and it worked great.. When I get the 5 it would connect automatically then disconnects with about 5 seconds but when I go back and reconnect it to the Bluetooth it works great the rest of the time in the car.. Now after an update to ios6 it won't stay connected at all. My Bluetooth can't even find the signal in range even though its on an I'm in the car.. I have to unplug the adapter for a few minutes plug it back in and hope it connects.. If it does it normally drops signal randomly a few songs later. Ive been waiting for an update since august so i wouldn't have to go through such a hassle to get this thing to work. The only reason I bought this one is because I don't have an aux in my car. But now I wish I did since there is an aux adapter that is only $30 and it works great as opposed to $100 where maybe it works and maybe it doesn't. My first review was 5 stars this one is 3 next will be five one stars stating I bought a whole new radio with an aux already in it.. Please update!?
