iPhone 5 iOS 6.0.2 will not stay connected – TuneLink Review

I'm another review that states loss of connection. Worked 1 time and now it connects over BT than disconnects after 3-5 seconds. I've spent hours resetting network settings, reset all settings, restored my phone… No change. I hope tunelink figures this out or mine will be returned very soon. Ps sent email, still awaiting reply. Poor product support. ************* Update, sent tunelink back to manufacture and it was promptly replaced. Have been using for almost a week and it has been flawless. No drops in BT connection. Not sure if I received an updated tunelink or if I just had a defective one to start off. For sure recommend but test it early and if it is not staying connected I then I recommend contacting tunelink for repair or replacement. The customer support was great once the ball got rolling.
