Overall, their product works well for those traveling internationally around Europe. However, if you ever go to a country not included in your package, they send you an email to notify of the roaming costs. This should really be sent through the app itself because I personally do not check email while traveling and thus incurred a huge roaming fee they would not refund. When I was sold the SIM I was told it would work in ALL European countries, but that is not the case.

Funciona cuando quiere, anda bien para cargar saldo y eso pero no sé puede contar con ella porque simplemente un día no carga y te quedas sin poder cargar saldo. Solucionando ese error la app sería recomendable, hoy día, en lo absoluto recomiendo que se use. Solo si usted tiene espacio en su iPhone para instalar apps que no pensaba usar.
