Easy to get some go problems in a few minutes. New problems everyday is nice. Difficulty can be fairly inconsistent... but I don’t think I could do a better job!

I was hoping I could learn to play Go with this app. This app doesn’t do that. It will tell you if the move you make is right or wrong, but not why. Promptly deleting this.

Provides challenging little snippets of Go to wrack your brain and develop your tactical skills. Each puzzle takes only a few moves to complete, but you may need a few minutes to work out the correct sequence on your own if you don’t use the hints. Occasionally it is unclear why the game marks my preferred move as wrong, but it is probably my lack of experience

This is the worst version of GO I’ve ever used. There’s no way when playing the computer to pass. But the computer will use unlimited passes on its turn until you have no choice but to make a fatal move. I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money on this app.

Maybe it’s because I am a beginner in Go, but I just don’t get it. The app just has some inbuilt problems, and no explanations at all. What does it mean to solve a problem? When is it solved? What is the problem at all? There are just some predefined moves which are need to be made for some unknown reason and if you are not following them, you are wrong. Maybe some instructions would help.

Lots of people say they don’t understand how it works. That’s because Tsumego is for people that know to play the game. Step 1 is the learn the rules. This app is step 5. That said, it’s pretty good, but does have some problems that are incorrect. One of the daily problems today, White can easily survive, but the app places a white stone in a stupid place. Double check your tsumego problems!
