The fees are ridiculous great wallet to keep your coin but the third party fees through Simplex was like this 50$ gives you 41.43 worth of BTC thats insane if they fix this there app would be 5*

Why it doesn’t support all states

The app doesn’t work in Washington,I bet if he does the app is just so perfect

Bought some bitcoin and was charged an additional $25 in a completely separate charge aside from the fees and stuff that were factored in to my original transaction. Contacted support and the first person I spoke to via chat fully acknowledged that this was a mistake on their end and redirected me to submit a help ticket and dispute the charge via email. Now they’re saying it was a cash advance fee so when I told them that’s impossible being that I used my debit card and sent a screenshot of the charge they’re still trying to tell me that it’s my banks fault and that they don’t see the charge on their end. Confirmed with my bank the charge did indeed come from them. Will be bringing my business elsewhere...

I am having such a hard time porting ether and other coins over. I increased the gas to mAx and still having issues. So aggravating! Need more work on this app

After having some bad experiences with apps that scammed coins/tokens I basically shunned any app and kept everything on exchanges. This app was referred to me by a crypto group with nearly half of them using it. I took a chance and WOW!!! Very user friendly for NOOBS and BAM!! I have a secure wallet. Thank you
