Awesome Ethereum wallet

Love the ease of sending my tokens from the exchange straight into this wallet without any pre configuration being necessary. Also like the live fiat value displayed. This wallet is great! Experienced a problem with "invalid sender" error....contacted support within the Telegram group, had a response in less than a minute how to fix the problem. I am impressed, and very happy to be able to send my tokens again.

What should I do?

I even updated new version but it still crash on start when I try to open my wallet. What should I do?

Totals Not Correct!

04/25/18 update: Evidently there isn't seed phrases to backup the wallet like you would expect from other wallets. There's a complicated JSON statement which you have to save somehow for backup. I also noticed the wallet isn't calculating totals correctly. Instead it puts in separate entries in the totals listing. For example, I get 10 XXX deposited and a month later I get 10 more XXX. Rather than list the total as 20 XXX, it displays 2 entries of 10 XXX each in the totals!? The strange thing is other token totals are calculated correctly. So the totals calculation is not consistent. Original review: Wallet seems ok and I was about to transfer coin into it but decided to backup the private key/seed first. Then I found out there's no obvious way to do this. So what happens if my iPhone is lost or damaged? How do I recover my wallet back on a new iPhone? This is bad.

I was a MEW customer and had 2k stolen 3 months ago and always checked URL b4 logging in etc etc... I still had 2k stolen from right under my guard. Searched around on the fly to find reliability and some level of fiduciary responsibility. Trust came to the surface and I moved the remainder of my Ether coins immediately to Trust wallet and wished I had done so sooner! Trust is a game changer. If you doubt, move small ether amount to trust and and pose a question to support. The knowledgeable and expedient response will astound you. And I’m a regular 9-5 guy, but thankful for this App!!

Love this app! Just PLEASE add the ability to label the wallets. That would easily make this a 5 Star app.

App won’t start up since they updated

Had it for 3 months and now My app keeps freezing upon turning it on ever since an update... I tried contacting them and they were no help at all . I can’t access my coins I have 3 kinds on it and it just keeps crashing every time I click on it . I didn’t ask for a update!! I never authorized it. Thanks now I feel like my coins are stolen . I want this fixed right away . No one correcting the error LOOK AT THE UPDATE NOTES IT SAYS “FIXED CRASH ON START FOR SMALL AMOUNT OF USERS” a small amount!!! How about all of us !! I want my coins now and then I’m moving my coins The guy told me over email to “ watch my tone” excuse me??? That’s my money! Don’t talk to me like that I wish I could screenshot it to show you guys UPDATE: I was able to log in to my coins after the update . Thank u
