Trulia is easy to navigate. I just wish it would filter better - I don’t have ‘new construction’ turned on yet ‘new construction’ homes pop up all the time.

Please add a way to filter out co-ownership

I love this app but it seems like it’s inundated with co-ownership results lately. I have no interest in purchasing 1/16 share of a house, so it would be great if we could filter out those results so we no longer have to see them.

Honestly the app is always down saying an error occurred almost constantly you have to open it and just hope it’s a good day other than that it’s a great app but like I feel like they should try to fix this.

Great app if you try to get an idea of what you’re looking for what price range you’re looking for the app does need updating in that a availability marker would be appreciated rather than having to check availability.

There one property on here that y’all need to take off y’all app! I was discriminated against because I don’t have a husband or boyfriend to pay the bills so that automatically disqualify me and my children for the home. The man for the property 3144 willow lane Pelham bay, #3 in the Bronx discriminates against single women.. Other than that this app is great to find homes within your budget.
