I been to AC in that Tropicana.AC and they are rood and a rip off but yet they cry about helping where they have a business then they shouldn't be there pack up and go back to your island because I had won some money but couldn't take out unless I put $10 in well then I guess u lie about free $10 if I have to put back in then

This app will never work, keeps saying location can't be verified, not only am I in NJ,I'm in Atlantic City! But I don't go to Tropicana because I'm not paying for parking, golden nugget is free so.....yeah ALSO ur app dev team needs to be fired trop!

I frequently visit the tropicana so I picked that to be my online gambling app of choice but I'm changing to a new app for one reason, and I'm sure everyone agrees. Stop with the flashing key banner on the top it is very intrusive. At least offer an option to turn it off. It pops up every 5-10 seconds with information useless to me. I just want to casually play some table games for a few $$$ and the notification is extremely annoying (especially when your losing). The notification covers your balance too which is so dumb. I'll give my review 5* and actually use the app again if you fix it.

If it had zero stars that's what I would rate it! It's a horrible app always crashes and has the stupid icon pop up every 5 seconds. Don't even bother playing on this online casino it's beyond worthless!

Customer service lied about my promotional signup just to blow me off. Caesars AC is way better. I'll never play at Tropicana in Atlantic City or online. I'll make sure to never say a good word about them again.

The app itself doesn't have many games available. You have to go to the website for that. The sketchy part is any time you place a high stake bet, the dealer gets 21.. every other hand is 19 or better for the dealer.. something's fishy.
Update or no update???

When I open the app it says update requires and I click update now. Takes me to App Store where there is no update available and the only option is to open the app.....which I do and it all repeats again. Fix it please, I don't feel like taking the drive down to AC lol
