I don’t know why they changed the single deck black jack from the way it used to be to some stone aged video game type graphics but I have played with a lot of money for a long time and I will say that the new game they are running most certainly seems rigged.

It’s either corrupted or spammed or completely broken. Everytime open app get a popup that blanks everything and renders app useless. Can’t get out of blank screen. Reached out to tech support told me to clear cache and reinstall which I tried several times DOESNT WORK. Now I think my account and personal information is compromised but tech support doesn’t care nor will fix.

I tried to register and it kept looping me to a website that was blank. Tried returning to the app and then it froze.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU JOIN PLEASE. THIS SOTE IS BEING INVESTIGATED AS WE SPEAK. I joined this site about a week ago and loaded $20.00 and followed there instructions to create an account. First off they have no affiliation with Tropicana.AC. Second I ended up winning $200.00 and apparently still have this money somewhere but after I played the first time and tried to log back in they kept telling me my log in info was incorrect along with all of my personal information. This immediately raised red flags. They told me I was locked out and then when I said I wanted to just play and load more money onto my account magically the lock was lifted off without any credentials given to the person in the chat room (RED FLAG #2). The only problem at this point was that again I still could not access this account I created and when I called they couldn't help me and when I emailed them they still wouldn’t help me and continued to tell me all my information was correct. I WAS A FOOL AND FELL FOR THIS BUT PLEASE DONT DO THE SAME THING. I called my bank and notified my lawyer and gave him copies of every chat, phone call, etc.... I made. Thank god my attorney is on retainer and his best friend works directly for the attorney general in the state of New Jersey because he reached out and I just got a letter stating this site is currently under investigation. Not everyone knows someone and I consider myself lucky I have the connections I do so I am just forewarning you not to download or spend a penny on this site. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND GIVE TO THEM BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU WIN YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A PENNY AND WILL BE LOCKED OUT AFTER YOU CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.

I love playing Tropicana online! There’s are great games and many chances to win big. I like when I win & it’s deposited into my account within 24hrs.
Terrible time trying to withdraw funds.

I have been trying to withdraw funds for about 6 months. My wallet got stolen and I cancelled a card that I used on the app about 2-3 years ago. Well they didn’t care that I verified other cards sent a copy of my ID to them no that was my not good enough. I was finally told that if I went in person with my ID I could get my funds however that was false, drove 45 mins, paid 10 dollars to park and was told they could not withdraw my funds. Please DO NOT USE THIS APP TO GAMBLE YOU WILL GET AGGRAVATED. Unless you have children you don’t like they may take your first born in order to withdraw funds.

I just downloaded the Trop app and on an iPhone Xs the app looks very outdated. It is still set to an older aspect ratio circa 2015 and does not look ‘current’ on a newer iPhone display. I will stick with the web site for my Tropicana gaming. Much better visually and fewer bugs.

Still trying to get my advantage card linked. I spoke to several people ( employees) they were unable to help link my card... so no .. not happy
