There’s a big problem!

I get an error code more than half the time I play in the Survival area, losing an attempt. Please repair.

Keep getting kicked out of survival. Used to just get kicked out and it would bring you back right where you were. Now it counts it as an attempt and doesn’t give you any earned credits. Super annoying and costing rewards
Crash!

The game has been crashing more often lately. It gives me a blank question screen and then an error message about my internet connection and instructs me to try again.There’s nothing wrong with my internet connection, and trying again doesn’t work. I end up having to delete the game and reload it.

I absolutely love trivia crack okay and when I saw there was an option for a version without ads I said “sign me up!” And for the most part it’s solid. The one thing that is just not great pal is when I’m on survival and for some reason it only happens when I’m playing survival, all of a sudden the connection times out and then I LOSE. Now, it would be understanding if it was actually my WiFi or my phones data but it’s not!! It ONLY happens on survival and mid answering a question. It does it whether I am connected to the WiFi or not. Please fix.

I have played this game for since it was launched. The latest new game, Survival, started out fun, but I soon grew to hate it. I have purchased correct answers only to have them “taken” by error codes. And you are playing against bots most of the time that get the correct answer every single time. Also, the daily question prizes are rigged as well. I have chosen the same box for two weeks in a row. I’m 20 days, that 10 correct answers should cycle around to the box I keep choosing. Nope, just useless gems and tickets. I use the ticket to play again and choose the same box and get more tickets. What the heck. A NOTE TO ETERMAX - since you won’t answer my emails, I’ll state my problem here, fix the bugs, make the games fair and get rid of the bots!!

Love love love the game and the different side games that can be played like “Missions,” “Triviathon” and “Survival.” However playing Survival can be extremely frustrating as error codes show up for no apparent reason very consistently and cost a “turn” and force me to lose that game. Other than that, it’s a great game.
Code 4210 and Code 4300

I keep getting these code errors, only when I play Survival. There are no connection errors when I play Trivia. It is very disappointing. I have tried several times to report this. Would love for you to find a fix for this, because I like this new game. Please fix these error codes. Survival is a good game but al these error codes are ruining the game.
Constant bugs that don’t get fixed

This game would be fun, unfortunately there are so many crashes and bugs in the middle of the game (which result in lost lives that limit your play time) that it’s pointless to play. Seeing as how reporting it doesn’t help, I suspect the crashes are on purpose, so you’re forced to use in-game purchases to play. Truly disappointed in Etermax.
