The new Survival game is great when it works. You recently issued an updated and claimed to have solved the problems, but at least half of my games error out and take one my five attempts. The least you could do is refund the attempt any time there is an error. That should be the bare minimum, but better would be to solve the issue so that players aren’t spending half their time on games that are going to error out. Fix the issues and I’d be happy to update my rating.

I haven’t been able to participate in Survival because the game does not load 9 opponents in the last 3 days. Anyone else having this issue?

A wonderful game concept, and reasonably well programmed with few glitches - the exception being some of the appalling grammar employed in many questions. I’m not sure, but several sound like they were composed in another language and then run through an automated translation program. Because the question response is timed, on occasion one is penalized because of the vagaries in phrasing or just outright confusingly written as the player has to divine what the writer had in mind. There is feedback available for some of the gameplay, but many bonus round questions don’t offer a way to rate or dispute questions & answers.
No filters on questions

Especially in “Survival” the questions that make it through are unbelievable. Horrible spelling, grammar, dozens of the exact same question, extremely vague, make absolutely no sense, or are straight up incorrect. There needs to be a filter to prevent this stuff from getting through. Very frustrating.

Known issue. Playing then about to win the challenge then get a no internet error. Lose the prize and the game. Paid extra for the no ads version too. Major disappointment. Look for another trivia app.

There should be filters for questions, therefore we possibly avoid any unnecessary question asked by the trivia. This way users can select which category or topic to choose from like: the long outdated trivia kingdoms merged into the new trivia crack app.

Pros: The game is mildly entertaining. Cons: Either you can’t play the game at all without unreal WiFi speeds or the game just decides to stop working at times (which totally destroys whatever you were trying to do because annoying error code that does not compensate or replenish wasted turns - and those turns are only wasted because the game doesn’t work). I do like this game but for some reason it just hasn’t worked properly over the past couple of months. If the issues get corrected then I will stand by my purchase but I currently feel cheated. Please make your game work properly.

Keep getting a connection lost 4210 error message. Have updated the app with no fix. Have contacted support 3-4 times about this already with no response from them.
