I can be a little challenged with computers but Trivago makes the process from beginning to end easy and understandable.
Never ending chain of transfers

I made a reservation threw this app. Then realized there was an issue behind the reservation. Tried to contact them about the reservation. Turns out they can’t help me it has to go threw booking.com called them, then they say it’s not our mistake you have to call vacasa. I call vacasa they tell me it’s not them it’s another company they transfer me and then they says they can’t help it needs to go to vacasa. Smh here I am with a reservation I can’t use that I paid for. Huge waste of my money. Never using trivago again. And I recommend you not wasting your time also. Call the hotel directly and avoid all these middle men that can’t do nothing for you but take your money.

First time I’ve ever used this APP, really made it easy and I found a good rate at a pet friendly hotel with good ratings. Hope it turns out ok!
