I had chosen a certain hotel, and when I received my confirmation e-mail, it was a completely different hotel! Not only that, but when I called that hotel, they didn’t even have the room type I reserved, so I would’ve had to pay way more to the hotel to get the actual room I reserved. I am disgusted. Never again.
They want to track you 24/7

Trivago is the worst booking I’ve ever had to deal with. To make a cancellation is impossible even though they say you can. No one speaks English. Can’t speak to a person. No one responds to emails. I am having to contact my bank and file a complaint.
It won’t give me the right location

I clicked on a hotel and it gives me one in a completely different town. ?? It says the correct address at the bottom but where you pick the room says a totally different address. It looks like this would be a good app. But I can’t use it because of this problem.

I travel an average of 300 days a year with my work. I used to use a half a dozen different apps for rooms etc. Trivago has saved me so much time and money with the ease of going to one app only now. Thanks Trivago

I’m on my honeymoon in Tennessee and I put Tennessee in the app and go to book the hotel on the website they sent me to the website to book it and it was for a hotel in Minnesota and now am having difficulty getting a refund

I booked a hotel room that was completely cancellationable and when I went to try to cancel, the app kept telling me that this was not able to do online. There’s no number to call, no email, no way to get in touch with real people Agoda. I’m cancelling the app instead
