Can't even open the app

I just download it, but it crash every time I open it. I have tried re-download it many times. Need to fix it right away.
Better to call the hotel direct.

I don't travel a great deal, but whenever I've tried to use Trivago, I've found a better deal by calling the hotel directly. Also in some cases the app shows a hotel sold out, but when I call directly, they had rooms. I'd say, use the app, but make sure you call the hotel to make sure you aren't missing out on a better deal.

This company is a scam operating out of Europe. They work with a company called Prestigia that will advertise much lower hotel prices, take your money, and not make a reservation for you. Their only customer service numbers are international. BEWARE. Do not use this app.

Tried booking on the app I was re-directed to another webpage from Spain (found out later) submitted payment and information. I got charged but the hotel reservation never got confirmed . I had to cancel my card and that was a complete hassle . I hate the fact that someone in Spain. Has all my information. Very misleading . A company this size should not be partners with shady 3rd parties . Bad business . Will Never use again . BE WARE

Whyyyyyy is this app so slow?! The screen won't even load to show hotel details. Downloading this app was a total waste of time. Can't believe such a large and well respected company can't employ people to keep up with their app. Trash?
