Love this app, easy to use and gets the job done efficiently!

I really enjoy working with this app. It will connect to restaurants, map routes, airport lounges, you name it. You can share itineraries, update them as time progresses, sharealternate routes/plans. It’s really a great functioning app

Still using TripIt

I used TripIt for several years while working and have continued using it in my first two years of retirement. It was a great app for business travel and is equally good for tracking personal vacations. Love it!

I’ve been using TripIt for a couple years now. It is a great help because it lets me put all my plans in one place. Plane, hotel, car rental, appointments, ballgames, all on a list. Auto loads itineraries for flights, car rental, hotel. Doesn’t seem to auto load seat assignment, but you can add it easily later to your itinerary.

Good travel App but can be improved

The app is good and practical. Since WorldMate's discontinuation (the best App that was available to manage trips in my view), TripIt Pro is the App that I find to be the closest to it. After trying many others that are available in the App Store, I found TripIt to be the best one out there. Well thought with good features. However, I would suggest two improvements to it: 1. To allow flight searches from within the app. No need to have the option to buy tickets from within the app but it would be very helpful to be able to search for flights independently from any saved trip (this option was available in WorldMate). 2. It would be very helpful to have the possibility to add trips' information on already existing calendars without having to subscribe to a new one (currently, one has to subscribe to a new TripIt calendar). This is particularly true when your calendar is accessible to your assistant and/or colleagues so they can check your availability.

Attaching photos crashes app

Good app but I really want to attach pictures of the flight or hotel reservation. Attempting to do so coming with a "Preparing Data" message and the app crashes right after. Will update review to 5 star if this gets fixed.

I love the simplicity of Tripit. When I'm on a long trip with tons of reservations, Tripit helps me stay organized. Although I always have a physical copy of my plans, being able to flip through the whole trip in seconds makes the day to day travel so nice. I can see what's in the agenda for the day without getting out of bed.

Lots of great features that come in handy while traveling; would like to see a navigation feature that included a map rather than modes of transportation and associated cost. Previous version included a map and a map is presented when searching for nearby restaurants but no map is presented for navigation which would have been a very good visual feature.
