Airport maps useless

I have the Pro version and the concept is good but functionality less so. I had trips “disappear” that have to de entered manually. Also, with app comes airport maps. Believe it or not but these are only an overview of the shape of each terminal which makes it a useless function. With the gates marked and numbered it could have become helpful.
Mistake on our itinerary...fixed promptly!

We were flying from Faro, Portugal but TripIt somehow created an itinerary using ZFA (Faro Yukon Canada). Nothing like that existed in my email or in our airline travel confirmations. Where ZFA came from I don’t know and I composed a message to accompany a one star review. But I was premature. And, guess what? TripIt Support promptly found and fixed the problem, explained how it had occurred, and confirmed the correction via email. Thanks. I think I’ll be staying with TripIt after all.

Flights usually wrong

Inputting flight info is seldom correct. Almost every time I use American Airlines it never matches the correct info. Takes days and weeks before it is correct.

Inability to move an individual flight to a new trip on the mobile platform is a major shortcoming. If you're trying to move a single flight to a new trip, TripIt will move an entire series of flights to the new trip list. There's a workaround, but it has to be done on a desktop platform that's clumsy and irksome. Kayak has no problem with this task. TripIt is very slow to detect itineraries in the email inbox you designate and populate the details in. TripIt itinerary. It can take more than 24 hours. In contrast, Kayak does this in less than an hour.
No longer getting flight updates

I’m a Pro member, and I haven’t received flight updates in a few months. What’s going on TripIt???

Can you add Weather information plz

I love the app, but one last thing it’s missing is up to date weather information based on the location you set? This way I don’t have to open the weather app to see what type of clothes I need to pack.
