Impossible to use

Literally every time you log in you have to go to a computer to accept new terms. It’s absolutely crazy and useless, might as well not have an app. So annoying and worthless

On login, the app freezes on a screen with the title “verify your identity” which has no other content to interact with our method to proceed. Developers seem to be carefully avoiding reviews which mention these massive technical glitches.
Hasn’t worked for months

The app itself works well…if you can get properly logged in. Like other reviewers, I just get a white screen when I try to verify my identity. The website works fine. Developers, please fix the login issues so we can actually use the mobile app.

I’ve used other payroll/HR/benefits apps and worked at a few of these companies and this is by the best I’ve used.
No iOS 14 support

I can’t even log in anymore now that I have iOS 14. Also, the “company announcement” notifications are annoying. I like the paycheck notifications but it seems like TriNet uses this to notify me of random TriNet crap.

Doesn’t give me all the options like it would on the computer. Using google or safari on a phone glitches horribly.
