Doesn’t Adjust for Orientation

I love many things about the app, but disappointed it doesn’t adjust for orientation. I often use the app on my iPad and I have a keyboard attached so I typically use in landscape orientation. Irritating to have to unfold to view this app in portrait.
Can't login

The "verify your identity" page after the login screen is glitchy and just stays blank. Useless app for me. Tried reinstalling
Blank white screen

If you like looking at blank white screens that never change then this is the app for you. Once you click login, you go to this blank screen and it does nothing. The app worked about a year ago but hasn’t worked once since. I get notifications from the app but can’t actually view them unless I log on with a computer.

The app works good. This year we started getting a policy acknowledgment. The same policy over and over. We can’t do this from the app. It has to be done from the web site. Since we are getting this every time I need to do anything with TriNet I have to go to the website first. I take care of what I need there. Add policy acknowledgment and I won’t have to go to the website. We can then go to the app first. I’m on my 10th attempt to submit this. All nicknames are taken.

Messed up time off. I have had multiple dozens of my check messed up by TriNet it was like pulling teeth getting the issue fixed on there end. Pisses me off knowing these clowns are in control of my finances. If I could give a zero star I would

Your company has been given plenty of time to fix my PTO status but yet it’s still not fixed. I would not recommend your services to manage a trash can! Much less peoples income!

I can’t even get into the app. It’s a blank screen with verify identity at the top. ??

This app is useless. Every time you try to log on I get a message saying that I have to go to the website to acknowledge a policy document. Every time it is the same document. I acknowledge it every time and then I can sign on to the app. What’s the purpose of the app? Once I go to the website to acknowledge the document, I can then do whatever I wanted to do in the platform, then I don’t need the app. Very frustrating because the app is useless. Deleted it.
