Great app to log and monitor your health!!

I have been using this app for a long time mainly to log my food and track my macros. Just recently I started utilizing the workouts and the articles and blogs. It has a lot of great features and information to help you reach your health and nutrition goals! Highly recommend!!

So far so good

Necrosis!

I started using trifecta meal delivery a la carte and it’s been a awesome and simple. I have my perfectly portioned proteins delivered and add my own veggies and carbs. I love it! Started using the app with the 90 day challenge and it’s been pretty good so far.

Love not cooking!

I dislike that I have to manually add food items in but love the meal plan and having all the info in one place. I’m even getting used to posting progress photos.

The complete solution

They have good food and an app where to track it all. No other meal delivery is doing this. 100% recommend

Great app

This app is great because it has workouts timers and you can log your nutritional information on it. It’s a one stop shop.

Trifecta Meals Not in Database

Got my first week of Trifecta meals delivered yesterday. Downloaded the app figuring logging my meals should be a snap; I assumed Trifecta meals would already be in the Trifecta database. Silly me. I had to log each meal for today in manually, macros and all just like I would with any other app. Either the Trifecta meal didn’t exist at all or if I did find it, the macros didn’t match up to what was delivered. Seriously Trifecta, this should be the most basic feature of your app. Why a premium meal delivery service with premium pricing wouldn’t upload nutritional information to their premium priced app BEFORE the weeks meals go on the delivery truck is beyond me.
