I like the look and feel of the interface and love how you’re able to see the day’s recommendation of workouts and your own nutrition “calculator.” I’ve been using the app for about two weeks and will continue to use it as long as I’m wanting to quantify and track my fitness and health goals.

I’m new to this app but so far so good. I’m having to adjust to using it as compared to previous tracker, but it’s coming along. What I find to be the biggest difference is the motivation I have using Trifecta vs other fitness tracker apps. I’ve always been active and have eaten relatively healthy. But at 40 I’ve hit a plateau and need something different if I want to improve my health and looks. I think Trifecta app and community will be just that! Will update!

Love the free workouts it provides, but the meal tracker has been amazing in helping me accurately track how much I should be eating to lose weight.

I love this app! It really has everything you need to help reach your fitness/nutrition goals. Track calories/macros, track your weight, upload progress pics, and time workouts all in one! Great articles too. Sooooo helpful.

There’s a bit of a learning curve as far as navigating and knowing where to find info, but once you get used to it the app is easy to use and has a lot to offer. Tons of food pre-programmed in is by far one of the biggest pluses compared to other apps I’ve tried, plus you can add your own foods and macros and save for future use. Great for those who meal prep!

Just started on the trifecta Keto Meal plan and really Deto sting myself to accountability and change and this app really helps me achieve that!

This app not only helps you track your nutrition, it has awesome workouts that are complete- warm-ups, strength and metcon. I love that there’s a movement library so you know exactly how to perform each exercise. Also a word timer cuz who doesn’t need that?! It’s a great, comprehensive app.
