Trello won over other task management apps for a few reasons. First, it is highly customizable which many other apps do not offer. Second, Trello is easy to use and learn how to use. Third, It can be synced with other programs, such as Google calendar, so you can organize your schedule and task list easily. Lastly, shout out to the beautiful background choices it offers.

Great on computer but glitchy on iPhone

I have used Trello for 5 years on my computer. Works great. The iPhone app seems glitchy, though. My boards never really fully update. They are always outdated, with old cards still present and incorrect due dates, titles, etc. If I click on an individual card, it might "correct itself" when I open it, but only after a while. Everything loads slowly, too -- boards and cards. I plan to keep using Trello online but I wish they would make the iPhone app more functional.

If Trello added a list view, we would switch from Asana because of its superior support for native apps. Also, a Gantt view should be native instead of relying on a third party. Finally, Trello should support true templates rather than copy/paste.
