Lack of functionality

Can’t delete boards. They gave a lame excuse in their help explanation. Guess what? I’m not collaborating with anyone. I am the administrator. I should be able to delete instead of archive. Heard of Dropbox? I can delete folders and I can collaborate! What a novel idea! Doesn’t appear that I can change the name of cards either. At least not easily if at all possible. Those two lack of functions alone make it not flexible, somewhat cumbersome and less useful.
The Missing Features are Frustrating

While the app is useful for moving cards around, the app doesn’t include even the native Power Ups, so if you use custom fields, for example (which we do, extensively), you won’t see them in the app. You can’t use the Cards view to see all your cards with upcoming due dates, either, which is part of my morning routine so I can prioritize my day. So the app is useful but frustrating, especially because we use it as the backbone of our company. (As I think it is intended to be used.)
