Can't listen to music while app is on the screen, no pause option, if moving off the app screen it stops the time and picks up where you left off.

The other review is correct. The app doesn't maintain the time if you leave it, kills your music, and doesn't have options for increasing fitness. Needs some work.

I would love to give this app a better rating, as it is a good and challenging way to get a HIIT treadmill workout in in a shorter amount of time. But it is SO annoying. Every time it increases the speed, it stops your music. And not just momentarily. You have to physically turn your music back on, which is VERY inconvenient when you are sweating balls and out of breath while running. It also stops the count if you leave the app, so you cannot do other things on your phone while the time is counting down. There is also no way to pause. This app needs a LOTTTTT of work. I will be deleting.
