Won’t let me log in on mobile app

I’m able to log in via the desktop app just fine. But the mobile says invalid username or password. I’m using a password manager and so I’m certain my password is correct.

I signed up and successfully logged in through a desktop browser, and then downloaded the iOS app for easier access: same credentials do not work. This is also the case on their myTrueIdentity app. I then went back and tried again on their desktop browser based website. No problems! I’m in. However, when I attempt to access the sites from a mobile browser - FAILURE! TransUnion: you have a mobile issue - I suspect that your full browser site accepts different passwords than does your mobile sites. Embarrassing.

This app doesn’t allow you to login with desktop info...locks you out with errors...won’t even reset passwords. Looks like you have to have separate login for (forced paid)membership...Dispute login and whatever else. Super frustrating...Experian app is top notch compared to this app. Do something developers...if I am going to give you my $ then it’s got to be worth it.

They will charge your credit card! It’s not to confirm your identity!!! You can not call to cancel! They will give you a number to assist with guiding you to help yourself and ultimately still be charged. Too much trouble! And the info is the same as credit karma which is free!

Since I signed up whenever in doubt about my score, all I have to Do is use my Transunion app
This app is a scam

Transunion app shows my score at 725/B. A loan company did a “soft pull” and Transunion reported my score to them as 665 (they sent me a screenshot) While the app is free, Transunion charges for the membership Somewhat of a bait and switch and should be reported to the better business bureau
