When adding or updating custom debts the app (and website) typically crashes 9 times out of 10.

While this app is good for watching your credit closely I'm afraid that it's not worth it if you cannot lock your credit file. No difference between this app and other free credit monitoring apps.

I’ve had this app for a very long time and enjoyed it. I can’t seem to get back into the app. I’ve tried logging in and my user Id doesn’t work and it’s not that simple if you hit the forgot password. I called the support, tried using my ssn along with my last name and that’s a failure. This is the most frustrating experience.

I was told from Banks nobody looks at Trans Union anymore because of poor reporting?

Can’t log in!

I just logged in with my current account info like 2 days ago when I was on the phone with the operator of Trans Union like 2 days ago because I was about to sign a contract with a car dealership. Now I downloaded this app and tried to log in with the same info but I couldn’t. And it couldn’t recognize my email address. What’s going on??

Terrible app

This is a terrible app especially since you pay for the service. When using app it keeps kicking you out when using some of the option in the app, such as turning off a loan that you have paid but hasn’t been received by credit bureau. Unable to simulate credit score. I have deleted app and reinstalled still does same thing. Ready to cancel especially since I pay and does not work right.

This app needs to take a look at Experian’s app. So basic and bland. Needs A LOT of work. No details anywhere. Beyond generic. Absolute thumbs down.
