App is crashing after update

I’ve had this app since November 2013 and have loved the features. Today, the app has started crashing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but it continues to crash. Please advise. Thanks!

Frustrated on the bus
This app is horrible and confusing to use. It was much better before the update. Go back to what works! Just awful.

I cannot understand why anybody would give this app a negative review. It is fantastic and very easy to use. I recently visited Edinburgh for the first time, and this app was perfect for me. I just typed in where I was and where I wanted to go and it showed me what bus to take and when the bus was due. I simply tapped on the bus I wanted, and when I was aboard I could see all the stops it would make along the way. A beacon shows where you are, so you know when to get off the bus. I will definitely use this app again when I return to Edinburgh next summer.
