If you are going to Edinburgh, or live there, you can’t go wrong with this app! Tells you exactly when and where to catch the buses or trams plus gives a GPS walking map to get the specific destination ..perfect travel companion! Used it each night we were in the city to plan the next day’s outing(s), then would just press take me home when ready!! M-ticket app great addition also
Super glitchy and inefficient

Take some notes from City Mapper. This app sent me in the wrong direction multiple times, costing me extra money as each bus ride has a fare. It should also give options for walking through the city. It’s a good idea when it works, but poorly executed for the most part.

Wish I could hug the developer, designers, and thinkers behind this app. This is the first year I’ve lived in Edi & been in a city where I use public transportation daily. This app is intuitive, thoughtful, and well designed and seamless embedded in my everyday life. Thank you all for the hard work you’ve put into this!

I am delighted with the Edinburgh bus system! As a foreigner, unfamiliar with the city and its public transport, I was pleasantly surprised by its intelligent design and operation.
