Love it! One feature I would like added is a way for the app to text or email someone besides the patient to say Let a loved one know the patient hasn't taken their meds in "X" amount of time.

I looked at several apps and "calendar hacks" as well as Transplant Hero. Download it. Try it. They hit the perfect balance of simple design, engagement, functionality, and elegance. A very well done app.

To the team who made this app I want to say, THANK YOU!!! I've had my transplant (kidney) now for almost 12 years and even sometimes I need a reminder of when to take my meds. I didn't think an alarm would really help. But this works because it's so much better. There's no snooze, it just reminds you again and again with its own setup so it doesn't get lost in everything else you have to do. And I really love getting to click off my hearts. It makes taking meds not just another todo or reminder but special. I'm taking my meds exactly on time everyday and haven't forgotten a dose since installing. I'm recommending to all my transplant buddies.
