great but crashes

the times and locations are super accurate, but when trying to change the departure time to see later buses it crashes.

I tried to put in the exact route I'm taking this morning and it wouldn't give me the right places. Doesn't seem reliable

it used to work fine but now the buses dont arrive on time or sometimes at all. idk what the problem with it is but it doesnt work the same

This app used to be quite useful. The new version pops up an ad making it more difficult to use. There seems to be no way to pay my $0.99 to get rid of ads. Also the "help" is apparently not available. One star until there's a fix.

This app has had my back across 3 continents. I don't know how I would ever get anywhere without it. Train and bus systems can be so confusing, but this app makes it simple as pie-- wherever I am and wherever I need to go, it gives me straightforward step-by-step directions to follow, with options of a few different routes based on what's fastest, less walking, less transferring, etc. It's never failed me yet and I'd be so lost/broke from taxis/still stranded on a corner in Tel Aviv without it. Thank you!! ?

This app used to work well. Since last update all it does is crash instantly. Tried all my tricks to fix, can't even send feedback. Good luck.
