Transit app provides public transportation navigation for your iPhone/iPad. Transit is very easy to use. It can be opened directly from iOS Map app when you select to get directions for transit routing. No worry on when and where to take a bus, train to your destination. This app provides all the information you need for the route, such as arrival time for a specific bus, and names of each bus stop on the route, and even the number of stops for a specific bus ride.
Plan a trip for another day and wonder what time to head to bus stop if you want to reach your destination at a specific time? No problem! In transit app, it allows to set the departure time or arrival time for your trip. You can even copy the route information or email it out to your friend or family. The reminder function in the app will remind you to take off for your trip.

I love this app! It helps me get around so easily especially since I’m horrible with directions! My only thing is that my app won’t allow me to delete old searches I don’t use anymore. Whenever I try the app just exits itself and when I open the app again the searches weren’t deleted.
Not as Accurate as You'd Think.

The app has a consistency to not only inaccurately provide the best way to get to your destination, but also falters with timing on when buses should arrive. Two examples: I go to a community college with two bus stops, one going towards the station and one going to the next destination, which wraps around back to the station later on. Instead of showing me the ETA of the bus going to the station, it shows me the ETA of the bus going to the destination, and then back to the station, which results in me sitting there while I watch the bus I'm supposed to be on drive right by, and I'm stuck waiting for another half hour for the bus that takes longer to get to the station. Another example is just today, actually. I was shown that the bus would arrive at my stop at 12:39. When it's around 12:35 and I'm almost at the stop (maybe a few hundred feet away) I watch the bus pass my stop, where I was assuming to be four minutes early because the app told me I would be early, thus I missed the bus due to the fact it gave an inaccurate time and will now be late to my classes. TL;DR: The app isn't accurate, and some improvements need to be made before I even consider recommending this to anyone.

Map doesn’t load and there is absolutely no transit data. It seems completely broken for now (10/8/2018).

I’ve had this app for years. Lately, it’s been spotty at best. Most recently its saying a route which I have taken numerous times in the past is outside its limit. It’s a shame. I really did enjoy this app, but it’s just no longer accurately working.

App Not Working

I have been using this app for over a year in CA. I tried using it in Nov and the message says “route not found - this route is probably out of our coverage in current search ”. However I have used the app for this location in the past. Now I’m not able to find any location at all. Very disappointing.
