It cost me $5 to send a video, and the video didn't even load. They don't give refunds, or respond to emails?????????

I paid $5 to "upgrade" to 100MB and then was told it would take 16.5 hours to send the few short (less than 5 minute) videos via email. It has since then "paused" downloading about 5 times for not reason. Completely useless and should be taken off the App Store.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We tried and tried and tried to get this app to do what it claims, but the video we tried to send would show up as a single frame or not show up at all. At FREE, it costs too much.

I like the desktop version but the mobile does not work. I didn't with my iPhone 6 or with my new iPhone 7.
