The TransferBigFiles App lets you upload your original iPhone HD Video and Photo files directly to cloud storage, freely provided by TransferBigFiles.com. Then, you and/or your friends & colleagues can then download them.

TransferBigFiles.com is providing up to 100MB Per File and up to 1GB of free cloud storage for all TransferBigFiles app users.

You can upgrade to send files of up to 5GB and 5GB of cloud storage for $5 per month.

PLEASE NOTE: TransferBigFiles app does not use location information. However, in order to access original, uncompressed videos and photos, the iPhone will indicate that the app needs location information.

Also, you can always send compressed files by going to "Settings" Tab and choosing "Media Picker -> Compressed". This will allow you to send much longer videos for free.

As a both a business owner and an obnoxious grandparent this app suits my needs perfectly. Downloading video files that I sent from my iPhone 4 was particularly vexing for my kids until I got this app. As they said, "It's perfect!"

I tried to transfer a 2 minute video and it said my video was too long for my "plan". 2 minutes is NOT a big file. Then they want $5 bucks or more for the "plan" that'll do it. Lame. They should call this "Tiny File Transfer".

The description in the app store says a free 5GB account is offered when in fact it is only a 1GB account. It is also limited to a max file size of 100MB and files are deleted after 5 days. There is also a 20 limit download per file. Free is still good but full disclosure would be nice too.

Not impressed. Upgraded for$6.99 and it will take 6hrs to send video. Save your money.

I wanted to send files from my computer to my iPod and it won't even let me preview the files.

What about audio files?

Would be nice to be able to send WAVs or AIFFs instead of having to convert to some video format...

50% of the time files do not correctly upload, and I don't mean "big files", I'm talking about two minute videos. Super super slow as well. And my motivation for this horrible post, if you don't renew your account after paying you get a "your account is delinquent" email once a day for two weeks.
