I find it very annoying that I now have to pay to access crowd sourced data.

Has gone down hill fast

It was a great app to record rides and plan them but then like 4 months ago their recording wasn’t stable and would cut me short on rides by ending my rides. Then yesterday I planned a round and saved it and open the app today. NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEE THE APP???? They have ruined their great platform and I will find a new trails app before I have to pay

Thanks for nothing TF

I spent years submitting trails, reports and geo data to make your app better and now I have to pay for that? I honestly want to believe this is a bug, but I think you got what you wanted from free users and now you’re done with us. If I ever pay for a subscription, it will be to delete all the free content I gave you. Find a better way to generate revenue that doesn’t cut off loyal users that helped make this app what it is.

Free version is useless
dZideon

The new update only allows for a 60km square of trails so any traveling and using this app is put of the question unless you’re willing to shell out. The maps are nice but the new pay wall is so disappointing.

Biting the hand that feeds you

Trailforks Pro restricts most of the content you actual would use behind a paywall. This app is now useless to me, and it's disappointing to see how the developers are giving the middle finger to those who quite literally built this platform by submitting user data. Uninstall and switch.

Pro is a mistake
K-Doggggy

I’ve tried to purchase Trailforks pro in the app multiple times and It doesn’t recognize that I have purchased it. I even went into “app support” and it doesn’t work what they are suggesting. I want my money back.

Ruined it like a “pro”
BertAwesome

Why couldn’t you just offer some kind of upgraded versions or scaled-back a few things instead of taking away everything except for a 10 mile radius away from my home? I’ll use MTB project instead.

Disappointing

For an app/website that has multiple problems to then make people shell out cash for crowd sourced information is disappointing. This app has open my eyes on all the trails around my area and around the country thanks to the hard work of our community to then be taken advantage by Pinkbike. Not even a notice that this was happening

Nope!
47syndrome

You have the audacity to ask me to contribute trail reports and then put all that information behind a paywall!? No thanks. Deleted

Use to be great

Trailforks use to be great now you can’t see other states in the map unless you buy their pro version. They literally stole everyone’s beta and now are selling it. That’s thievery and definitely not paying for that.
