Great app! Easy to use! Using it for a month now and love that I can input items in the local currency (Baht, for now) and be able to see what I'm spending in US dollars. Now if I could only spend less!

A MUST for a budget traveler

No matter your budget, you need this app. I spent $5 to make sure I wouldn't over spend by hundreds. I'm traveling on a pretty small budget, and it's hard to keep track when spending in a different currency. This app makes it easy, and I love the "average" feature. Because some days you over spend when having to pay for your accommodation or transport, but you can be assured you're still on budget. Trail Wallet is really saving my bank account! LOVE!

I'm about to head out for a 6 month trip. Just by putting in a few of my preliminary expenses, I can tell this app is going to be extremely useful in keeping my budget in check. No more surprises when I check my bank account in the middle of my trip. I just don't think you should have to pay for extra themes.

I think this is my first ever app review, and I use lots of apps - okay I'm bad :-0 I've been using this now, almost every day for about four months on the road and it's great! Like I said in the title, it opens with a cartoon, cool and cute family thing, but it is a well thought out and elegant app that is very user friendly. Totally recommend the small fee to upgrade - simply awesome for travelers. Nice work Simon!!! And to anyone who reads this, I don't even know Simon, just found this app and his site from other travel blogs and reviews. It rocks. Ken D.

I echo one of the earlier reviewers in also saying - don't let the cartoons fool you! I was a bit wary at first, but of all of the travel apps that I downloaded (I like to actually try out a whole bunch, b/c you can't tell from the preview images), this was hands down the easiest to use and the most helpful! It's really easy to add entries and I really liked how easy it was to switch between currencies. It's easy to add categories if you need and it's nice to get a quick pie chart view that gives you an overall idea of where your money is going. Definitely worth it to upgrade!

I am studying abroad for the semester and this app has been so helpful in tracking all my expenses. I am able to see the breakdown of all my purchases and it keeps me for spending all my money! I would definitely recommend this app!
