Was a great app, now useless

This app worked great for a year. I paid for the upgrade 6 months ago as I found the app useful. Now when I try to “start a new trail” it comes up with the message, "Refreshing Upgrade Staus… Tail Tracker will now re-check your upgrade status. Please wait a few moments and try again.”…and nothing happens . I have emailed app support twice and have received no response. That’s too bad, because I found it very useful.

Used the app for the first time today. It worked great. A very accurate tracker. Does what is promised.

App doesnt allow an upgrade. Useful for the 2 day free trial, doesn't work after that, even if you want to buy it.

Waste of time and money. Standing in the woods now with enough service to write this but not enough to run this completely useless app.

Installed not realizing it was a trial, that I am ok with. But as of now it keeps saying retrieving price never goes past that. Tried to contact support through app and website all come back bounced! Does this company even exist anymore?? Should be removed from App Store as of now

I’ve had this app for almost 2 years and paid for it at that time. A recent update fails to recognize the purchase and the app behaves as if it is the demo version and prompts for payment. The contact web page returns an error thus I am posting this message in the iTunes review section in the hope that someone will respond.

Got this a few weeks ago-loved it -guess I was on a trail period which ended and now it just keeps telling me that it's "checking price" and to try back later-which I did with the same response. Tried to send an email that also came back. Not sure what is going on -liked the app probably would have paid something for it but now I'm looking for another one.

So motivating! An excellent tool if you are working on your overall health and have a distance goal. I use it to offset the slight distance inaccuracies that Fitbit has, the sensitivity makes it over count steps whereas the GPS actually lets me know how far I really did go! Would recommend to those getting back in the fitness game!??????????????????????

I really liked this app. I used it for atv riding in the woods. Did everything I wanted it to do but I can't upgrade from the free trial because the company is out of business. I would have happily paid for it but they don't want my money.

Why am I no longer able to open this app? My maps are gone. I paid for the upgrade but I get the message about checking prices and check back in a few minutes. Hate to delete but this app is useless now!
