I agree with the other users here. They really need to revamp their app. It's so misleading because their website makes it seem like they have a TradeKing live app like the website. So scammy. Ps Sean kundt sounds like a k u. NNT
Extremely basic
Tired of this crashing
This is the barebones of all trading apps. Very elementary. I only use to check my balances and to initiate only the most basic of trades. For anything more I log into the desktop site via safari on my iPhone.

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Keep getting this error after recent update. Second, wrong grammar in the error exception. As many reviewers have pointed out that this app indeed is at least 5 years behind its peers. I'm back into market and I'll explore more options with other brokers. I pay $5 per trade not for some poorly designed mobile app.

I personally did not face any buy/sell issues, however I face a issue whenever I try to cancel a order the button doesn't work , it doesn't cancel the order. Also just as a suggestion if u guys can show up the qty that I hold while placing the sell order that would be gr8, this will avoid me going into diff screen to check the qty that I hold.

Overall the app works well for very basic functions. You can buy and sell with no problem. Since the new iOS update, I am getting the error message: "Object reference not set." Because of this, it will not remember your password and is frustrating!

Lastest update still doesn't support 7+ ? They haven't had any substantial changes or bug fixes and things just keep breaking more and more as time goes on ? I would think they could afford to hire some good iOS developers to properly code this app ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This has to be one of the most useless apps. Just horrible. All the balances show as 0. What a joke. Customer service refuses to address these issues. Bad bad bad

I WISH I had listened to the negative reviews regarding this smaller company, Trade King. Whether you are new to trading accounts or a veteran, you will observe that this company places too many restrictions on the deposit and especially the withdrawal of YOUR MONEY back into your bank account. I have never seen a company that was so slow at approving a new trade account. I also have never seen a company that held your own funds for ten days via ACH, especially when the withdrawal amount does not exceed your initial deposit amount. TEN DAYS? I have encountered several bumps with Trade King, including them not ever posting/mentioning the holiday on their website nor their telephone voicemail greeting. But this tops them all. I attempted to withdraw $500 of my funds that I had previously wired into my TradKing account. The funds cleared five days ago. On the website, before I submitted my withdrawal request, the only warning they listed was that i would have to wait three business days if my withdrawal amount exceeded my initial deposit (of which it absolutely did not). FOUR HOURS LATER, TradeKing sent me an email that informed me that I would have to wait ten days before my funds were released because my previous deposit into my TradeKing account was wired in. So. Despite the fact that I took the extra step of wiring $500 to them so that they would have immediate funds that cleared four days ago, they were still holding my funds for ten days? When I called them to address this, the only thing they could do was refer me to their silly policy in fine print, that should have been upfront in the beginning before I hit submit. I will NEVER deposit funds to Trade King nor do any business with them ever again! You have been warned.
