I chose company over others like optionshouse because I liked the app. Now after depositing thousands of dollars I can no longer log in on the app. The website is a mess and very hard to navigate. I am ver very unhappy with this company and will be withdrawing my money and taking my business elsewhere.

Have been very pleased with straight cane for the last 3+ years. I hope that the acquisition by Ally doesn't change things. Also based on reviews I'm seeing for most recent version, not planning to update...

This APP is totally waste. I have to use built in iPhone stock app for other features. I am considering changing to another trader.
In an XBOX1/PS4 world, This app = Nintendo

Somehow this app manages to be stuck in the 1990s. Yes, I know that logically that comment makes no sense; nevertheless, download the app and use it, then you shall see.

Make the mobile version more like TradeKing Live online. TradeKing Live is a good platform, and the app would be great if it was more like the web version.

This app is horrible and looks very amateurish compared to competitors.

I've had accounts with multiple brokers. Most charge twice as much in commissions as do Tradeking. So I would expect a low quality app. But actually their mobile app is better than their website. But that's not saying a lot. It needs streaming quotes. Which have been around for 10 years. I keep an account here only because of the number of trades I do and the commission savings.
Decent for the reduced trade fees but buggy

App won't let me log in because of a time difference even though there shouldn't be one. Would give 3-4 stars if not for that.
