2020 mileage rate of .575 causing problems

We use this app for multiple staff and for our January and February mileage reimbursement seeing consistent issues with the rounding from .575. Mileage is not consistently rounding which causes issues when doing a check of the total monthly mileage against the rate. Hopefully they will fix this issue. Cannot find an easy way to contact the developer.

It was great app for last 5 years with paid subscription. This year after renewal it stopped working. Doesn’t show right trips or shows no trips at all even several made. No response from support via email, , contact info in app etc. just asked apple to refund subscription cost but not sure it will end. Have to find different app that would work as good at similar cost ....So from 5 ⭐️ to 0...

I’ve had this app for years and now it is not working. I really think it’s a compatibility issue with iOS 13.5.1. When I try to open the app it immediately closes. I’ve uninstalled it twice. Please fix.

Since the last upgrade to make it more stable with IOS 13 , it’s become so bad that I cannot even keep the app open now... please issue a new patch ASAP- I cannot even use the app at the moment! Thanks

Somebody please get back to me your app has been working fine and then today I went to use it and it kept crashing I kept getting a strange green a with a circle around it every time I stopped tracking and then I could not open the app anymore reinstalled at three separate times still cannot get it to open what the heck is going on!

Overall I give this app a 4 out of 5 stars. Easy to use and reports are easy to generate. The only issue I have, It doesn’t always record the address. So when I record another trip back to that same address/location it doesn’t appear for me to select so I have to re-enter it all over again. I’m sure it is something I am doing. Any insights on how to resolve this would be helpful
