How can you trust a device when their software/web sites are so bad.

Just spent way way too long trying to figure out how to change my email address and concluded it can't be done. Can't even create a new account because you can't add your "activate" your already activated device again. Also, the distributor in the US is completely incompetent and they advertise products that are not available (like the device for tracking dogs). The Enterprise tab shows the device but the Product tab does not.

Trackimo is the best GPS tracker on the market. Very small size and low cost of ownership. App does everything a gps tracker app should. It reports movement instantly, even if the app is set to manual report. Don't be confused by the SMS limit (you get 10 / month) - Email notifications are free and unlimited.

This version removed the history for the last hour. In my opinion, this renders the app useless. My device will show the vehicle 1/2 a mile away going 30 mph, even though it is sitting still right in front of me. The minimum one day history produces a map that looks like someone scribbled on it as fast as they could for 5 minutes. Can't make any sense of it. I wasted my money.
Logs me out when I click on settings

After updating to the new version, it logs me out when I click on settings. Also, I received no notifications when using it today -- maybe because of the updates?
What happened to the battery status?

Downloaded the new version. It's a little better than it used to be. But what happened to the battery status? OK so it only used to show 100, 65, or 35% and an occasional 10%. But now it doesn't show anything at all. Now I can't tell when I need to charge it unless it stops working. If there is some way to see the percentage that I'm missing, please let me know. Love my trackimos. I have two. App has never been great but it suffices. Please put the battery status back!
Target sign/ google map/ log in

1) Target sign that helps to find current location, located right with Google map sign, every time click on map and then have to go back and click again so to get to target sign. Terrible location, needs to be fixed. 2) Google map with Chinese letters, makes it very confusing, needs to be addressed. Default language is English not mix, if you want to change that is another story. 3) log in screen every time asking to log in when put away. Needs to be fixed, really annoying to do extra step. 4) when time tracking is changed, word DONE on the left side blends in with manual's words and its just not visible, so when you click Save then it did not changed anything. Needs to be fixed.

Where is battery status? Date and time is in wrong format. Speed is WAY off! Have to sign in every time you use app. Go back to the OLD APP! Please!!!

What was a working app a week and a half ago is now worthless-does NOT track, and customer service takes forever to rely, something about 'glitches' and have patience....in the mean time, I just paid for another year and cannot track my valuable equipment-so expect a lawsuit if this is not working and I cannot find my stuff. Fix this!!!

I understand few minor glitches in an update, but this is ridiculous. Each time the app launches it forces you to log in. The notifications are not working, battery status of the tracker was removed, and the map launches showing your own current position. Who care where I am? I know where I am!!! The app should launch showing the trackers current gps location. The app lacks instructions and there are buttons that don't seem to do anything. Fix the app!!!
