DON’T BUY THIS DEVICE !!! I have to say that I am very very very disappointed with TRACKIMO both the device and the customer service, I just have to say that I own the TRACKIMO for a few years now the Device stopped working with the app on my iPhone like it used to.. I had purchase the device to put in my vehicle so in case somebody tries to steal it and moved it I get a notification on the spot (so i can go out and prevent it from happening) and then also can track it but the main use for it was that I can get notification to my app even if I am abroad using a different Sim card I can still get notifications because it’s connected to the app on my iPhone. And then suddenly in the beginning of 2018 stopped doing that, since January 2018 I stopped getting those notifications and got only emails to my mailbox which are no good for me because if somebody moves the vehicle I don’t know it in real time like I used to. Then started the horrible experience with your customer service [request (#22537) ] (which is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with and believe me I am a patient person) they took me back-and-forth since January 2018 until this day with No answer (they even stopped replying to my emails) I can send to you the whole list of emails that basically got me nowhere... just for you to see how frustrating it is when you’re trying to deal with the company that you purchased a device from, and this devised stopped operating the way it Used to and by that became worthless for my use. It is also frustrating when there is no phone number for me to be able to speak to somebody and get answer on the spot instead of waiting for a few days for this customer service to get back to me each time. (at the end they gave me a number but i couldn’t reach anyone) I would like to know when will the device start to send me notifications to my iPhone like it used to because without getting notifications it is useless and if somebody will steal my vehicle I won’t be able to know about that until a time when it’s already too late. what exactly do i need to do after buying your device because it did one thing and now having your device that dent do what i bought it for... Don’t buy this device

I do like that it shows the history and lets you know of any errors you can even set it to auto turn on of the user attempts to stop the track g or let's you know when the app doesn't have connection to track

This Trackimo app works well. Very useful to be able to have a URL that I can email family and friends. This way they are able to track my location without having to call me.

I have just started to use, but it seems very professional with detail. I like how you can see multiple at one time. We are driving on a trip for a soccer tournament and want to keep track of everyone.

This is a great app. Use it to keep track of your kids or spouse. It can save you a lot of grief if you should misplace your phone or iPad. I use when making trips so the kids will know where we are.
