I have used the app for 3 years. This year it Lhasa lost or failed to record several trips :(

A few years ago it was a good app. Now, and I've triple checked all my settings, it does not use location services while the phone is locked. So all it does is keep track of how long since I started the session. Useless.

Falling behind

The app has fallen behind it's competitors. There is no Apple watch app. There is no integration with apple health. I bet on the won't house with this app. Oh well, on to bigger and better.

Nice app has buggs

App looks great. You can barely do any modification to your profile on the app though. Changing your picture just displays a spinner and never sticks, weight changes don't work, and height don't save either.

Crashes my iPhone into power down state

While I love the idea of this app. I have to say the quality has gone downhill. The app now just crashes my phone. Into the off state, that is, have to restart the phone from a powered off state. Not acceptable at all. Looking like the developers don't care about quality. Hangs hangs hangs. As an update Dec 2016, The trace app now crashes my iPhone 6 within three runs. Completely useless when this happens. Figure out what's wrong with you and iOS 10 and please fix it. The crashing into the ground during a ski day is unacceptable.

I've used this app for a few years and loved it but can't get it to work at all this ski season and it's driving me crazy! I've contacted them a few times and still no response. My acct is still active if I log in online but nothing allows me to access my acct thru the app. So frustrating!!!!!!

This app used to be so on point, but it gets worse every year. The accuracy is constantly degrading and sometimes it either doesn't log data at all, or it just loses it during an upload. If you don't believe me, just compare the reviews from a few years go versus the more recent ones. I have to assume the majority of hear issues are because their business model has shifted to try and get people to buy their device. I'm looking for other apps now.
