Cannot sign in with the tp-link password

I am trying to sign in with the original password on the device , but i cannot and i reset it many times but the same issue still happening. Please advice

This is a very good app for manage fast and easy using tplink device but new update don’t work correctly and closed after open and i still couldn’t see a main window in new app it have a serious problem that must be fix please fix this problem soon because this app isn’t usable anymore. at first start before find device getting crash and come out of app thanks
