TS-Player won’t install

I’ve installed Touch Surgery, but it says I need TS Player as a companion. I’m trying to install it, but nothing happens when I touch the Get button. It says it works on my device, and I have enough storage space. Any ideas why it won’t install?

This simulator is too awesome. I’m a medical assistant in training. I was looking around in the App Store for any good medical materials I could download and utilize. I don’t regret downloading Touch Surgery (along with TS player), I love it! I have a test coming about the cardiovascular system and this simulator is an amazing advance technology to experience virtual surgery. And also, I was so amazed as to why this app was free with such great quality. For all the other medical and anatomically apps I’ve download, it requires me to pay up if I wanted to continue or want more lessons available.

I can’t learn surgery within Augmented Reality?!!! You’ve kicked me out saying that I have no permission to view the video and perform surgery within Augmented Reality with a fake person! This Application’s Disqualified and Discontinued!? Also Fire The Person Who Had Kicked Me Out!? *Smashes The Glass*

If you are having the issue of the app not allowing you to make an account, just enter in the email and password you would like, click the "make account" button, and then back out to where it says "already have an account? Login" click "login" and type the same email and password. Once inside the app it will ask you which hospital is yours, I just used the one nearest to me.

Started using this a few days ago. Very helpful as a medical student. There are a few problems. Major problem: After every session, I re-open the app and all surgeries are missing (each specialty says 0 procedures available). This is fixed by reinstalling, but very annoying. Minor problem: Progress through any module isn't saved. If you don't finish the module and leave the app for a while, it'll make you restart from the beginning. Despite these problems the app is still useful, and I'd recommend learners give it a try. Hopefully devs can fix these issues soon.
